5G Power Skills for College Professionals is a one-day workshop designed for the AFC CCP Program in special collaboration between the AFC and Alpha UMi. The cornerstone of Alpha UMi’s 5G Power Skills Certification is the competency to understand and capitalize upon generational and dimensional diversity differences, attributes and world views—important skills for every college professional. 5G’s Dimensional Diversity is the foundation for breaking down biases and stereotypes to create a diversity-neutral, culturally-rich, productive and engaged workforce.

This workshop is open to both CCP program participants and non-participants. CCP Participants will earn 10 points toward either Job-Related or Other credits. Non-participants can apply to the CCP program by 12/31/19 at a discounted rate AND apply 10 credits immediately to their required 100 points.

Cost of the full day workshop is $49 (including lunch).
