Sept. 19th - WORKSHOP AGENDA

The AFC is pleased to offer this one-day workshop, in collaboration with Alpha UMi. The cornerstone of 5G Power Skills Certification is the competency to understand and capitalize upon generational and dimensional diversity differences, attributes and world views. 5G’s Dimensional Diversity and Collaboration, Part 1 of the 4 Part 5G Power Skills Certification, is the foundation for breaking down biases and stereotypes to create a diversity-neutral, culturally-rich, productive and engaged workforce. With this foundation in place an individual is prepared for success in the mastery of all competencies of 5G Power Skills Certification: Diversity and Collaboration, Interpersonal Communication, Adaptive Thinking, and Professional Leadership/Management.
