The Association of Florida Colleges Annual Meeting and Conference is the celebratory event of the year for the Florida College System. The 28 state and community colleges that comprise the Florida College System serve more than 800,000 students annually.  It includes an exhibit hall, diverse educational programs, informative membership and association-related meetings, exemplary practice presentations, recognitions and awards, and excellent networking opportunities for members and friends of the Florida College System.

We extend this invitation to showcase your products and services, as well as networking opportunities, to college personnel for two and a half days at our Annual Meeting and Conference.  The following pages provide a variety of opportunities to showcase your brand.  With your sponsorship, you are welcome to participate in the educational sessions and meal events.

• $129.00 for a Deluxe Guest Room
• $139.00 for an Executive Suite
• $139.00 for a One Bedroom Suite
• $219.00 for a Two Bedroom Suite

Room Rates include resort fee, self-parking, use of the fitness center, in room internet access, on property shuttle service.  Please  note, gratuities are not included.

 Your assistance is needed and greatly appreciated in soliciting items to use in the 2017 auction. Listed below are types of items that are needed. However, feel free to use your imagination and your creativity to come up with even better items.

Suggested donation items: Artwork, gift baskets, hotel stays, vacation packages, cameras, sports memorabilia, jewelry, e-readers, iPads, iPods, computers, books, gift cards, event tickets, wine, services, decorative items, etc. are all examples of great ideas, but I am sure that you can come up with many more great ideas. Big ticket items such as a cruise, computer, big screen television or vacation package would be great.
