Next Level Leadership Program (NLLP) Application

The Next Level Leadership Program (NLLP) is designed to provide next-level leadership principles that today’s community college professionals can put into practice on a day-to-day basis. It builds upon what graduates of the Florida College Professional Certificate (FCPC) Program learned. NLLP is interactive and hands-on. Applicants will be part of a cohort that will go through the virtual program together and complete a capstone project. This program will provide participants the opportunity to use, grow and refine their leadership skills as they move from theory to real-world application.

THIS COURSE OFFERS 18 HOURS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS ONCE COMPLETED.

To be eligible for the NLLP you must be a graduate of the FCPC Program.

Schedule

The 2023 NLLP Cohort will meet 12 times via Zoom on the dates below. NLLP meetings will take place Wednesdays 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm Eastern/2:00 pm – 3:30 pm Central. Applicants must commit to attending these sessions and participating fully in group and team discussions and meetings. The program will conclude with team presentations.

In order to be considered for AFC’s Next Level Leadership Program, please complete this application in its entirety and submit it to AFC by February 28, 2023. Prior to the beginning of the first session, accepted applicants will receive a self-assessment to complete and submit.
