About Dr. Shanita Williams

Dr. Shanita Williams is a TEDx Speaker, feedback coach, Co-Founder of The Feedback Mentality Group, and author of the newly released book “Feedback Mentality: The Key to Unlocking and Unleashing Your Full Potential”. She has spent the last 15 years of her career coaching, mentoring, and training countless individuals with the sole intent of creating conditions that empower them to reach their highest authentic potential. She believes that everyone has potential and that we are simply on the road to unlocking and unleashing it. She also serves as the Associate Vice President of People Experience at Southern New Hampshire University, where she helps the institution leverage organizational feedback to understand employee needs and curate initiatives that help recruit, retain, and empower talent to deliver on the mission.  In her spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys volunteering in the community. She serves on the Board for “Girls at Work”- a non-profit committed to ensuring every girl feels confident and capable. She serves on the Scholarship Committee for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated,  an organization committed to helping to advance educational opportunities for high school students. She also volunteers with the Red Cross in support of advancing their Sickle Cell Initiative.
