5G Power Skills for College Part 3 Adaptive Thinking

During the program, participants will explore ways to build their own resilience. They will train their reticular activation systems to trigger negative mindsets and recognize positive mindsets. They also consider the components of making ethical decisions. Participants will also learn the importance of establishing and holding boundaries and being balanced in their work and personal lives.

Participants will use this information to better adapt to our changing environments.
