In this module, we will discuss what makes difficult conversations so difficult, how to have difficult conversations effectively, and ways to leverage difficult conversations into positive growth opportunities for everyone involved. We will consider how leaders approach difficult conversations instead of avoiding them. This learning experience is intended to give you the confidence and tools to navigate difficult conversations in the workplace.
