Well before the pandemic, the ability to agree to disagree and provide 5- star customer service while maintaining safety and security has been a declining skill-set. This training covers many different aspects of higher education safety including civility and respect, de-escalating conflict, the role body language plays in incorporating civility practices, situational awareness, how inclusiveness can increase safety, communication tips, etc.
