Working with "age-other", generations other than the one you identify with" can be a challenge. This workshop will explore the unprecedented 5 generations in the workplace today. Through exploring world views, we open up an understanding of why these generations hold different expectations, communicate differently, have different patience levels, and other challenges in working cross-generationally.
