FKCC Students Create Jack-o-lanterns Underwater

FKCC student Chris Frank participates in the FKCC Scuba Club’s annual underwater pumpkin carving contest.
KEY WEST, FL, October 26, 2016— Students at Florida Keys Community College took the Halloween tradition of carving pumpkins to a new level—deep below the water’s surface in the College’s dive training lagoon on the Key West Campus. The members of the FKCC Scuba Club hosted the annual event last Thursday. Rachel Riggs, who is studying Diving Business and Technology, won the contest with a three-faced jack-o-lantern.
