If you are looking for innovative ways to create awareness and visibility for your company, sponsorships are a great way to promote your brand! We offer many opportunities for sponsorships and exhibiting throughout the year. A sponsorship or exhibiting opportunity gives your company an edge over your competition as you will have the attention of a variety of members from the Florida College System. This exposure and association with AFC will increase our members' awareness of your business and in turn, increase your business opportunities throughout the state. Some of the perks of being a sponsor or exhibitor include complimentary registrations, advertisement spots on our website and in our publications, program listings, signage, verbal recognition and more.
The Council of Presidents hold monthly meetings in Tallahassee each year and an annual meeting in June. Dates and details will be announced when they become available.

We will have in attendance key decision makers from Florida’s 28 Community and State Colleges -- presidents, trustees, faculty, business officers, and professional staff. Our convention is the only event where you can meet and speak with representatives from all 28 colleges at a single venue.
Our expected number of attendees ranges from 550 – 600. We’ve averaged approximately 565 attendees over the last three years. Attendees at the AFC Annual Convention represent all facets of each College. We will have all 28 of our College Presidents in attendance as well as V.P.’s of Business Affairs. The majority of our attendees are Career & Professional Staff, Administrative Staff and Faculty. In addition, there are 18 specialty groups called commissions that will be represented by the above listed attendees. These groups include the Faculty Commission, Student Development Commission, and the Administration Commission to name just a few. A full list of our commissions can be here.
